Es un libro histórico. Introduce un concepto innovador que es que a veces la charla interior al realizar una actividad hace que pensemos demasiado y que lo hagamos peor. El libro es un poco aburrido de leer, de no ser asà le darÃa las cinco estrellas. También es un poco largo y repite demasiado un concepto que se podrÃa haber dicho en 40 páginas. Aún asà es un libro que ha inspirado a muchos otros y merece la pena tener.
Es un clásico del juego mental del tenis, pero como dice otro lector es un poco aburrido y reiterativo. AñadirÃa que me ha parecido incluso embarullado y complicado de aplicar a tu propio juego. A los aficionados al deporte de la raqueta les recomendarÃa otros tres libros muy diferentes y más entretenidos. Son "Open", "Tenis en la luna" y "Niveles del juego". Felices lecturas tenÃsticas.
Estupenda disertación sobre cómo jugar con una mente despejada y concentrada y con ello sacando el máximo partido a uno mismo. El tenis es el hilo conductor pero lo explicado es aplicable a cualquier ámbito.Recomendable 100%
Me recomendaron este libro. Me lo prestaron y finalmente acabé comprándolo porque querÃa tenerlo. Es un libro que, a priori, no me llamaba mucho la atención, por el tÃtulo sobre todo, pero una vez que empiezas a leerlo te engancha porque te hace pensar, reflexionar y te hace ver ciertas cosas de otros modos. Es un libro que yo recomiendo sin duda alguna, sobre todo si se está pasando un momento difÃcil en la vida.
